7:45a – Tito climbs on the bed with two sleepy parents telling us it’s time to get up.
8:45a – Tito and I are running through the empty cul-de-sac to check out construction equipment.
9:20a- The family is eating pancakes on the patio.
No, I don’t have the averge person’s life. I, and we by extension have an enormously blessed life. One of which we certainly don’t deserve. But like the free gift of God’s salvation to us, so is the life which we’ve been given.
Who knows if it will last until the kids are grown and out of the house. Until then, I’ll thank the Lord we have a steady income and I have the increased ability to take my summer days at ease and spend more time with the kids.
